As a collective team of Pastors, we love the people of Paisley and are dedicated to improving their daily lives: physical, mental and spiritual. In particular, we aspire to bring a renewed sense of mission, compassion, worship and care to those who are part of the St Matthew's faith community.  Together, we desire to equip, empower and encourage those who gather at St. Matthew’s to bring Nouveau Life to Paisley.

We want to pull together, as a team, to provide the people of St Matthew's with a cohesive, unified leadership team.  By structuring ourselves as a team rather than a hierarchy, it allows each of us to focus our passions, strengths and skills.  This also ensures that each Pastor is not overloaded with an overwhelming number of obligations.
